the staff showed friendliness, a service i consider acceptable.
my room faced the street, this brought significant noise. i found it hard to sleep well. the location felt far from the old city center, quite inconvenient.

The breakfast was good. It offered a diverse selection. my room included a kettle! daily cleaning was performed, a detail i appreciated. i also had dinner included, the menu presented three choices.

the room was fresh. it was also so clean. all of the staff were friendly and very helpful. i loved it.
The blackout blinds did not fit the windows. there was constant daylight flooding the room, even street light at night. a small bottle of water was in the room on day one, but it was never replenished. We were given paper cups for drinks. it was frustrating.

My room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful (they quickly addressed a minor issue with the safe).
Noise from the corridor was noticeable, and I could hear other guests at times.
